Its over...

spring break that is. I have to say taking Friday off was a good call. We have talked about taking the entire week off next year but I hate losing a whole week so early in the year. We shall see.

We spent the day Friday laying around watching tv, having a big breakfast and then going to the movies. We saw Diary of a Wimpy Kid and it was a good movie both book and movie are worth your time a seeing and reading. Some of us made the statement that he will "never get the hour and half back" but still had fun.

Friday evening was homemade pizza and played cards. Poor Jeannie spent the evening telling us, AGAIN, how to play 63. At least it was not Rummy 2000, that is a game that brings out the loud voices. I love homemade pizza and card night and we should really do it more often. We cut the game short to do the Bible reading, we have made all the way up to March 5th. We are on the road to catching up. Very proud of ourselves.

Movie Gallery here in town in closing so we stopped in to see what Wii games where on sale and of course none we wanted but young Conor found a PS2 and once we got it home it was to scratched to use so off to the only monopoly, sorry Hastings, in town. Hasting was able to get some scratches out but not enough to make it playable. While we were there we rented The Big Bang Theory season 1.

Miscellaneous things from the weekend.

• Jake #4 is enjoying the warm sun.
• West Virginia beat Kentucky so my bracket is better than the hubs.
• We bought some wine Friday night and while we were checking out the sign stated that if you look under 40 you will be asked for ID, the clerk did not ask us for ID's. Sigh, I am coloring my hair.
• On season 5 episode 6 of LOST, almost done.
