John-Taylor

John-Taylor is my youngest nephew and just the best guy in the world. He loves Conor, thinks his big brother and sister are the best and like the others has Mema and Papa wrapped around his little fingers.


John-Taylor has had some bumps along the way in his two years, he will be three on July 9. When he was born he had a hole in the lower part of his back that required major surgery and today this sweet guy is on his second head surgery.



The surgery will be five to six hours long and he will take longer to heal because he has grown up since the last surgery.



He said Sunday that the "doctor pik my head", and the dr will fix his head.



John-Taylor is loved by so many and he is being prayed for by so many. The Lord is healing him daily and hopefully with alot of prayer this will be his last cranial surgery.

As the aunt I can take a picture and then let him go to town, because there are no rules at Toot-Toot and Uncle Derek's house.

My little guy

This was back in June when they were checking the pressure in his head. Some days you just have to chew on the oxygen cord.

If you have a minute today and have read the blog I would ask that you say a little prayer for him. He has long days ahead of him and undoubtably he likes to sleep on a certain side and when they cover him with gadgets he can not sleep the way he wants.

The procedure being done today is bi frontal crainotomy orbital rim advancement, widening of forehead and multiple slits in the back of the skull. They were hoping to wait till he was three when his skull was at 90% of its thickness but his pressure in his head would not allow that.
